I saw Dr. Alvarado at Carbon Urgent Care. He’s amazing! In fact, I prefer care at Carbon more than I do my primary care doctor. The staff is friendly, the care is excellent and the facility if very clean. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Was having difficulty breathing and sleeping last night. Easily made an appointment on line. Got checked in and in and out in less than a half hour with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hope to be back to normal soon!

Everyone was nice and helpful except for the man that checked me in when I first got there. He was rude had an attitude and it seemed like he didn’t want to do his job. I’m going in because something is wrong and to feel bad already health wise then get a rude attitude from someone that is suposed to be helpful was a very bad experience.

Nice and easy to make an appointment online.. we showed up before our appointment time and we were lucky to get in early. I felt heard and cared for. Amazing experience every time

I actually always go here and find this place my favorite. Yesterday we went at 5:30 PM and I think they close at six so everything was super rushed and the staff were making sure it was very apparent that they wanted to go home. The front desk was kind of blah, and the medical assistant was way too, rushed to the point where it made you feel your symptoms really didn’t matter.  The nurse practitioner was good.  Needless to say , I got seen and treated but you guys should stop taking patients at a certain time.  Keep your MA’s from burnout .  I would still return here.

Erin was great!    The nurse who gave me the shot on the other hand seemed to go out of her way to make sure it was as painful as possible as it could be.    I’ve had this shot a dozen times at this facility never had pain like I did today.    She should be ashamed of herself.

They were wonderful and willing to help with my concerns. Staff and doctors were sympathetic to my needs.

Went to see Lamm and she was super helpful. I did not know what I had but she was very thorough and listened.

Dr. Lamm was wonderful, very attentive and thorough. I was very cared for and comfortable with her. She listened well and I was heard. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. This was my 4th time here and I find the facility comfortable and clean. Masks and water are available.
