It was super easy to schedule appointment online.  Everyone was friendly and I received great care.  I would definitely come back if I had a need.  Thank you!

I received really good medical care here. There was a problem with my insurance and the employee at the front desk did not seem to want to help me with the issue. I needed up having to pay a lot of money even though I have viable insurance that they accept. I really liked the doctor who helped me and the nurse that did my vitals. I had a good experience overall.

I love this place! It was my second visit, I’m not sure if I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t hear them, but I was left in the treatment room after the dr visit for an extra 20 minutes, but I was all finished and could have left. This is why I left lower scores this time, but it is usually 5 stars!

So I called ahead to confirm this urgent care could treat my condition. I called off work and went in only to be turned away by the lady at the front desk after driving all the way in, she said the DR.wouldnt be able to help my foot. 😢

The place was super clean. The care from Mark and Amber were spectacular

The door was held as if I were a masked murderer. The blinds pulled down in my face and just like the sign on the door that said they would be closing due to staff sickness they can you send out a text message the same way you want somebody to fill out the survey

Wait time was long, kind staff. Long wait time due to staffing call offs.

Why am I making an appt. When I get there and am just put into a 1st come/serve que?

My mom had a rapid Covid test for same day travel. We waited about 45 minutes for result, and the result came out positive for Covid. We thought she has Covid. So we are going to cancel her international flight. But we got one test result from CVS the day before, it was negative. We took two tests at home after, it came back negative right away. So I decided to do another rapid test at Walgreen, it came out NEGATIVE. She has negative for COVID test everywhere else, only wrong/false result at Carbon health. She almost missed her flight. I am glad we didn’t trust Carbon Health’s false result. We need our money back for the false test.
