I was expecting a follow up call with results of test.  Did not get that call!  Otherwise, the visit was up to the usual level of wonderful service!

The staff, particularly nurse practitioner Laura, were very professional and easy and pleasant. Laura is a very capable nurse practitioner and it was a pleasure to have her as a diagnostician. I just can't speak highly enough of everybody in the office. Thank you! God bless you!

We were in and out in 15 minutes. The physician assistant was wonderful and had a great bedside manner. This is our second visit and have been very happy.

I think this was only my 2nd visit to an urgent care center, and I was apprehensive about the level of care I’d receive. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. I was taken immediately to an exam room by the nurse, who was friendly and kind. The Nurse Practitioner, Frank, came within a few minutes of the nurse completing the basics (temp, bp, pulse). Frank was also very kind, and he explained things thoroughly, in terms to make it understandable. He quickly put my mind at ease regarding my bp, which was unusually high for me. But that was due to stress and anxiety from my medical issue; he checked it again and it was already on the way down to normal. Frank gave me clear instructions on managing my issue. I would have no qualms in returning to or recommending this facility.

Would not recommend this facility to anyone. I saw the nurse practioner, who told me I had pneumonia. Without doing any type of test like swabs for different viruses or an xray, the nurse practioner told me I had pneumonia and it was life threatening and had to go to the hospital. Made me sign a form that I was refusing care even though I had already paid for the visit. So glad that I didn't listen and go to the hospital, and have to pay thousands of dollars. I ended up going to a different urgent care that swabs for different viruses and did an xray right at thier facility. I have Influenza A, NOT pneumonia. Go to Northshore Healthcare systems, they have labs and xray to test for everything. I wish I hadn't wasted my time or copay at this facility!!

I got in quick but I was the only patient waiting and I made an appointment. The whole thing took about 5-10 minutes which was weird. It felt like they were rushing me out the door. I barely got to ask any questions. I wasn't even asked if I had any questions. They didn't ask me what my symptoms out side of having pink eye were. They gave me medicine for my eye but not for my other symptoms that I've had for days. The whole thing felt very rushed. Almost as if it was an after thought They asked me if I wanted to be tested for covid and other illness. Then I never even got a call back once the results were in.
