Front desk had no idea what she was doing. Online paperwork didn’t go through and I sat for 50 min before she realized this. 4 people that got there after I did were seen first because of her error. The staff were repeatedly seen with masks on incorrectly - not over nose, constantly falling down so they were touching them to fix it then not cleaning hands before touching something else.

I called to see if they had xray equipment. No answer but I made an appointment anyway. When I got there they took me 45 minutes late and said their xray tech was sick so I had to go elsewhere. I also found out the no answer was because they forgot their keys and were late. When the assistant wrapped my ankle she said “I haven’t done this in 2 years”.

The masks were on and off staff and patient faces even though almost all of us were there to get Covid 19 tests. Ridiculous. The MA commented on my being able to breathe with two masks on, uhm what? And when I called to give my insurance the front desk was unbelievably rude.

I was shocked to see a staff member without a mask. We are living through a pandemic, with numbers continuing to rise, and the facility is a Covid testing site. If grocery stores and chain stores require masks for employees and patrons, I would assume a medical facility would do the same.

Waited over two hours with an appointment time scheduled - Waiting room overcrowded with ill patients.

The staff were great and professional, my only surprise was the long wait time. It was a two hour difference between my check in time and being seen. I always build some time in with doctor offices because I know they can run late with walk ins, but I wasn’t expecting a two hour wait, so it made me late for other appointments. I know all facilities are operating at or over full capacity due to covid19, so I don’t hold the staff at fault at all, I think their scheduling software or management must be overbooking them.

Too many people inside clinic during Covid. Need to limit the number of people.

Despite receiving electronic notices and a link to check in online when I arrived (which I did), I was never instructed to go inside and essentially check in a second time. When I received confirmation that I had successfully checked-in, I assumed I had and would be notified when the doctor was ready for me. Instead I sat in my car until the place closed and when I finally went inside to see how much longer my wait was, I was told that I had been confirmed as a no-show and would have to come back tomorrow. This is not acceptable. No doctor facility I have been to during the pandemic has had a waiting room that is open, let alone one that is testing patients actively exhibiting COVID symptoms. I’m disappointed with the communication and precautionary measures (or lack there of). The app also told me the entire time that there were several people ahead of me, which is what I attributed the wait to. When I did finally go inside, I was also told “oh, well you can’t rely on that.”
