Very rude. I came in to have and injury looked at and they did not have a doctor on site and said to go to the location 6 miles away. I go to that location and there's no doctor on site there! The lady in back talking states " most people just go to the other location. I don't know why here." You could tell they were very annoyed I came in. Ridiculous

My son has a large tongue and can’t get it down from the roof of his mouth. Brought him in for a strep swab and the MA is trying to swab him in the chair from a standing position- she wasn’t even looking where she was swabbing and basically rolled it around on his tongue and cheeks. Surprise it’s negative. He wouldn’t open his mouth for the Dr either. His sister just tested positive for strep and he was having the same symptoms but this dr was talking to me like I had five heads. She asked if I needed anything for his vomiting and when I said no she was basically like “then why are you here”. I’m sorry- I thought y’all would be competent enough to find and swab a tonsil. This was also after we waiting 25 minutes past the time we were told because they couldn’t find his information to get my phone number (we had to wait in the car because of covid) because they spelled his name wrong. A) you texted me the registration info so you had it somewhere B) there were 4 cars to choose from in the parking lot

Doctor Jeremy Johnston really cares about each and every individual at urgent care, He took the time to explain accurately diagnosis and recommended treatment I cannot begin to express my satisfaction, mentally he cured me, would love to have him around Springdale location, Doctor Johnston is a superior healer, most knowledgeable, most compassionate I have ever experienced, he is top-notched and I highly recommend him. The entire staff are wonderful especially Tabatha, always professional and caring. Thank you very much for providing outstanding care service to our entire community.
