The past 3 times I've needed care. I have chose to come here rather than make a doctors appointment. Not only are you seen in real time of sickness or incident, they take the time to address and speak to you not at you. I always leave satisfied and with a understanding of what's taking place with my health and how to move forward. Please change nothing from the courteous reception to the complete care.

Due to my job, I can't make it to my primary care provider during daytime hours. I've been using Urgent Care Kenwood since they have opened. It's so easy to stop on my way home! I've always had a positive, pleasant visit. I couldn't be happier!

I used Solv to book an appointment at CareFirst Urgent Care Kenwood in Ohio. I filled out all of my paperwork online and when I got there, they said they do not use Solv! I had no appointment, had to refill out the paperwork by hand, and had to wait behind five other people in a very small room--definitely not able to social distance. In 45 minutes, only one person was seen. The receptionist kept removing her mask, and at one time came out to the waiting area with a Clorox wipe only to wipe off one doorknob--not the chairs, not the entrance doorknobs, nothing. I felt so at risk of catching Coronavirus there that I left as I would have probably been there another hour and a half to be seen for a Covid Test that I thought I had an appointment for.

The front desk attendant was particularly rude. I simply asked if the information that I was currently filling out was the same information I had already filled out online. And received an unwarranted attitude about it. Not sure why a simple question would cause such a flare up. Other than that, the experience was fine.

The wait time was ridiculous. There was no soap in the bathroom. During Covid and anytime is ridiculous not to have soap. The health care worker wasn’t friendly.

The doctor and nurse were amazing , professional and took great care of my son. The doctor explained everything to him as she was doing it and really eased his anxiety. She addressed him and even went into detail with him, not just me about his restrictions and care of his wound. This made such a big difference for him ❤️The receptionist at check in did not seem happy to be there or have to help anyone help anyone. We booked our appointment online, did all paperwork online, checked in online upon arrival and double checked in with her and still waited 30+ minutes past our time which was 8:15. The nurse asked the receptionist several times to place the charts in a rack in a certain way and she didn’t , which I assume contributed to our delay. I also had to call when our prescription was not at the pharmacy and she placed me on hold 15 minutes only to come back to ask what I needed after I had already given her all the information. Overall the care was top notch unfortunately the front desk service brings the facility down and she is the first impression.

Two women worked front desk- one blond who was very friendly and the other with very short dark hair who was incredibly grumpy. Not a friendly face at all to be at the front desk. This was 10/12 at 10:30 am
