The online check in was not honored. I was asked to manually sign in when I got there at my allotted time and was processed in the order of the manual sign in at the facility. For a 4:15 check in slot, I did not get seen until 5:50. Either honor the online check in process like how other places do or remove it altogether.

We arrived at 6:46 and checked in on app saying we had arrived. It said there were 3 people ahead of us and then eventually showed that we were next. It never notified us that it was our turn and never said to go into Urgentcare. I told my sick daughter we just needed to be patient that we weren’t allowed to go in until we received notice from the app, due to Covid. Finally after waiting over an hour in the car,I risked breaking the rules to go in and inquire about our turn. After all - it was getting close to closing time. The receptionist was very nice but seemed a little frustrated with the app. She said I should have come in and signed in on the physical paper to let them know I had arrived. I have no problem with the receptionist, she was very helpful and a couple of the employees apologized for the wait. They got us in soon after that. My question is why did the app tell us to wait and refresh the wait list when it didn’t mean anything? It even had at column called “at clinic” that said “yes” because I had responded yes to the app when we arrived. The app should have clearly stated that I needed to “go into Urgentcare building and sign in” instead of leading me to believe that checking in on the app was sufficient. Thank you to the staff at Fairfield Urgentcare. I’m sure this app confusion is frustrating for you too.

Checked in at 3:45 p.m. for a 4:15 appointment time was not taken back to a room until after 5:00 p.m.. then had to sit in a room where the bed was ripped to shreds. finally left at 6:15 without being seen. Told the receptionist I was leaving she said okay and never once offered to check on when I was going to be seen next. Would never recommend this facility to anyone.

I used Solv to check in online at Urgent Care in Fairfield by Jungle Jim’s just to wait inside for 3 hours. The front desk staff made multiple comments about patients after they had left the waiting room. When asked about my reason to be Covid tested the staff member taking my vitals made a rude remark and was very unprofessional. I would never go back to this location.

Customer service/staff friendliness was ok, but the poor things looks drained. The organization and COVID safety was definitely lacking. There were no signs/directions/emails as to what to do if you did everything online or how you could wait in your car instead of in the tiny waiting area. Most places have the online check in system in place for exactly that, not to come in until your called. They were definitely understaffed for our current world-wide issue and recent surge in positive test results in the area. I hope they get the management team to up the COVID safety protocol and I hope those helpful ladies get some more help.

Didn’t even make it past the lobby - walked in with a scheduled appointment and was told it was going to be another 1.5 to 2 hour wait....the person at the front desk was eating and talking with her mouth full and had massive attitude...I told her to just go ahead and remove me from the list but asked if my co pay would be refunded since I had checked in online prior to my arrival. She couldn’t even give me an answer to that. I have a feeling I will be disputing an insurance claim at some point. All around TERRIBLE experience

Dr was awesome! He really needs his own practice! Super friendly and accommodating (which I rarely say about ANY doctor) Great attitude considering its a high stress job especially during these times. The only complaint is the wait time was over an hour and I checked in online ahead of time.
