Absolute incompetence

This place is absurd, waited over 2 hours even with an appointment time, I wouldn’t waste my time with this business.

Very disappointed at this urgent care. The front desk clerk didn't wear a mask and never wiped down anything in the waiting room. After the forms were filled out we were put in a room and met with the NP. She asked me a few questions and never touched my child to perform any type of physical exam. I never received any type of discharge papers. My daughter was then prescribed an antibiotic that was weight-based, although she was never weighed. I was asked her weight in triage and I told her weight from 3 months ago. I will not recommend and will not return.

Waiting over and hour for COVID test, never got seen had to leave to pick up kids.

I checked in online and was given my position on the "waiting list". After 30 minutes I went to the front desk to see what was the issue. She told me that I hadn't checked in with her and that there was a wait. I explained that I had checked in online. She said, "I wish they'd get rid of that because it doesn't work." She then put me on the waiting list. While it says you accept all insurance, they could not find mine in the system and told me to register as "self insured". So, I waited over two hours for an appointment that I had made and an online check-in that turns out was fictional so that I could pay for a test that was supposedly paid for by my insurance! This is pathetic, false advertising, and irresponsible.

No efforts made to keep the facility clean. Not enough staff. Make an appointment online and still have to wait 2 hours? Ridiculous.

Using the Solv website I completed the insurance information and scheduled a 4:30 Covid test. When I arrived at 4:25 I checked in online and it stated that there were two people in front of me. After waiting 30 minutes I called the Urgent Care to see what I needed to do. I was told that I had to come into the office to check in. The online check in was only for completing the Insurance information. When I went in I was told to get in line and that the wait was at least 2 hours. I left. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I do not want to be charged for this visit.

The nurse practitioner who cared for me was lovely. Other than that, it was a bad experience. I signed up for a 1:45 appointment. I brought my preschool daughter along with me. By the time I was called back - it was almost an hour wait. Hard with a little one! They were only three people in front of me in line but it took an hour! Not sure why it took so long?! I’m not sure why there are sign up times if it’s all first come first serve. It’s Frustrating to sign up for what you think is an appointment time and then have to wait almost an hour before you are seen! Also, the facility felt really dingy and rundown. I needed a Covid test and so it served it’s purpose. But I would not recommend that facility to anyone else.

Waited an hour. Waiting room was filled with patients with little social distancing so I waited outside. Girl at front desk was not happy with the fact she hadn’t has her lunch break and left. Other patients came in and had no one to check them in. No one was enforcing mask wearing and this is wear people come to get tested. Gross.
