Worse receptionist, you can leave the same message 8 times and you never hear back or if they do answer they tell you they will take care of it and dont. And than you call back and they tell you yes I see the message sorry, we will fix it and your on phone again. We were sent to a specialist by 1 of the physician. And he leaves the practice in October and tell us in the end of april, no one to follow through with patient care
