My son was seen today. From the morning call from Kinsley, to the counter with Patricia, to the nurse, to Dr Thomas was professional and proficient. We were in and out within an hour!!

I came to care now to get chest x-ray. I didn't get one and motherfuckers tried to charge me for 172 dollars. I told them I didn't get the x -ray and now the payment still the same for doctor visit. These are not a doctor professional. These are a scumbag trying to get your money. Stay the fuck away!!!!!!

Carenow, more like Punishlater. Girlfriend came in, literally they didn't do anything. Said she was dehydrated and charged 260$ for a anti nausea pill. No prescription for something to take later. The literal physician said no you dont have to pay because we recommended you to go to the er, and we didn't do anything. So we got the er, and later when she comes out we get a bill by this evil company carenow, and then I write a review here, then girlfriend checks carenow account balance went to 0, I remove the review and then a week later they added the 260 $ back on. Will not being using the garbage of a sevice that treat humans like money bags.

I had worst experience with carenow, staff is very rude and does care about your timings. We had 2-5 year old who got very cracks after being there was 3 hours but no one seems to care. After being called inside, doctor did not come in for another 45 minutes, after doctors initial visit we were asked to get chest X-ray, that while process of chest X-ray and doctor talking to you toon another 1.39 mins and later It tool nurse almost 45 mins to give me shorts and discharge paper. This was after requesting them again again to make this quicker as our little one was very hungry and sleepy but seems no on cared about it.

I was in excruciating pain with a muscle spasm in a major muscle group that had started at 9am. I walked into the clinic on crutches. The woman at the front desk kept licking her fingers as she prepared the paperwork for me to fill out. We waited 30 min. in the waiting area before being called to the back. The employee taking my vitals asked me to step on the scale. This was extremely painful. The scale was not ready, so she asked me to step down. She turned the scale on and asked me to step on it again. At no time did she even acknowledge or inquire about my pain level. I certainly sounded and looked like I was in pain. My husband asked if it was necessary to put me through this. She asserted she asked me if I was ok to step on the scale. Neither my husband nor I heard her say that. Once she was finished with my vitals she murmured "we're all the way in the back" and walked away from us. We had to ask another staff member if we're supposed to follow her? She said "yes", so we also went down that hallway. She ushered us in a room at 12:05pm, which was not noted on the paperwork and stated "she'll be with you shortly". There was a blood pressure cuff laying on the floor. At 12:33pm I had not seen a doctor. I called PrimaCare Lewisville and asked how much wait time they have. PrimaCare said: "we have 0 wait time right now". My husband and I left CareNow without any of the staff even noticing I haven't been treated. I give PrimaCare 5 ***** for the staff and doctor!
