This place is horrible and unhelpful I told them my issue over the phone they had me fill out all the paperwork online and come in and then told me they could not help me. Nothing urgent or caring about this facility.

Went in for a Covid test. I was told my results should be in within 48 hours, since they changed Labs and previous Lab was taking too long. Well, a week has gone by and no results yet.

I went to Carenow in Carrollton for a drug test & had the worst experience ever. Came in and gave the receptionist the paperwork for the drug screen and she took that and my ID. 30 minutes later she calls me back up there only to say she needs the email again because she don’t think she wrote the number down right. Gave her the paperwork again and it took them 1 1/2 hours to finally call me! It shouldn’t take 2 hours for a drug screen when the lobby was completely empty also I had to pee. I’m never coming back here & I hope you all don’t come here either.

Worst experience ever. I am a physician and pediatrician myself. My 11 months daughter was running high fever and no one triaged her. Told us that wait time is 1 hour. Theee were only 3 patients. We were told after 1:30 hrs that we can go to ER as still not sure on wait hour and they can’t have baby seen earlier than other adults. Very disappointed and upset. Horrible patient care. My daughter cried all the time and they didn’t care. I want the owner to address these complains and not ignore it. The name should be changed from care now urgent care to Delay Care. Waste of time and painful experience for the parents of yonug children. I am still sitting here in the care now as I know that driving to ER will be another 1 hour, I wish I had not come here. Please I request to all of you to save yourself the trouble of coming here. This is s nightmare for sick kids. This place should be shut down. This as a parent and as a physician I am saying.... poor service and patient care. Shame on you Care now for making 11 months old baby with fever wait for 3 hours ...
