I tried for 3 hours to Log In for an Appt as I'd been feeling bad all day long. Never could get through and even tried to call and no one answered. So, I went to the Clinic as the Website said that Walk-ins were accepted, an was told that all their times were filled and the closest next place was about 20-25 mins away. I can't believe that they don't keep 1-2 open spots per hour so that "Walk-In" could see the Dr. I truly can't believe that there wasn't a way to sit and see the Dr as there was 3 more hours before they closed and there was only 4-5 people in the waiting room and some were together. I hope that whoever is in charge of this facility reads this and will take action to "Leave at least a couple of places open" and also change the website to say, not accepting Walk Ins so people don't drive all the way there only to be denied service

Did the web check in said I would be seen at five now it is 842 I still haven’t seen anyone

There is a wait, it’s a walk in facility, it is to be expected. An hour and 20 minutes despite web check in seems a bit much. But the nurses and doctors are totally worth it. However, the front desk staff has been absolutely awful every time I’ve been there, 3 times in the past couple months. Rude, they have appeared angry and annoyed not only to me but other patients as well. Discussing personal things in the ear shot of those in the lobby, Absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. Care Now in Burleson is not making a good choice on who they allow to make their first impression.

This bad review has nothing to do with the staff and my care, however, the way they handled my bill is ATROCIOUS and will keep me from ever going to a Care Now again! In the Spring, I had a swollen eye and had to take the day off of work. I called CareNow AND my doctor and got prices of what it'd cost to come in for the exact reason I needed to be seen. Care Now was going to be cheaper so I went to them, paid the amount they promised and then got a bill for more! I would NOT have gone here if I'd known the price was relative or NOT going to be what the girl told me it would be. I called CS and asked them to even pull the phone records where the receptionist told me what she told me, but they did not do that, they simply said I had to pay it period. I told them I would not and called again and got an even nicer CS rep who said she was going to escalate it further for review but they STILL said I had to pay it. I was unable to call and tell them again that I was not going to pay it, and then they submitted it to a collection agency and now I am forced to pay it because I do not want my impeccable credit to have anything bad on it. I will absolutely NEVER use a Care Now ever again! It is RIDICULOUS and false advertising for me to do the work ahead of time and get a price to visit and then have that price be whatever they end up wanting it to be!

I have been coming here for years. Staff are great and if you use web check in there is no wait times. If you don't then you are at the mercy of first come first serve and could wait three hours if they are busy. Web check in is the best thing invented.

ONE OF THEIR NURSES TRIED TO KICK ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would steer clear of this place.
