This is literally the slowest office I've ever been to. They not only do not seem to have any energy as they assist you, they literally have no sense of urgency for an "Urgent Care". The "calming" attitude they try to give off reads more as uncaring and disconnected. I came here to simply get a drug test done, which they wouldn't let me schedule in advance because of their "walk-in only policy". Entering a practically empty office, I assumed it would take only a few minutes to pee in a cup and complete the drug test. An entire HOUR later I am still left sitting in the lobby waiting to complete a process that takes only a few minutes. To make it worse you can see the employees in the back chatting amongst themselves and eating or even laughing about about who is going to handle the next person because they don't want to do it. It's despicable. I attempted to ignore the entire thing and just focus and get to the end of the procedure but I HAD to write this post after being told I would wait less than 30 mins for ONE more person to be drug tested before me. I promise you, I waited an additional 45 minutes after the hour I came in. With there being only 4 to 5 people in the office, there's no reason why a simple drug test took an hour and 45 minutes to complete. If you are not going to take appointments then there should be an urgency in your service. Beyond that, if you are going to staff employees that do not want to work or are unable of being cross trained and assisting with expediting your patients' care then you need to minimize staff and put more money into technology that will streamline your service. This was a truly horrible experience. And to think this was just getting a drug test, I couldn't imagine having to actual attend this office for any type of Urgent Care. They obviously do not have any respect for anyone's time. The disrespect to refuse appointments and then subject people to a dvd on repeat for hours is unacceptable.
