Our primary pediatrician office couldn’t fit my son in for a sick visit today, but we were able to get a same day appointment at this clinic. Online scheduling was easy. Shelby’s bedside manner was the best we’ve ever received  at a pediatrician’s office. She and Dr. Koehler were very professional, thorough and explained everything well. We have always had great experiences at nite hawk and yesterday was no different. Our nurse and doctor were both very knowledgeable and nice, we got a diagnosis, no long wait.

I don’t normally leave reviews but they deserve the good feedback. Amazing medical staff. By far the best after hours medical care I have ever visited. Nurses and doctor were attentive and addressed my concerns and accommodated my son and making sure he was comfortable while there. Would absolutely recommend and will continue to use this office as our after hours go to facility for medical care. Truly a blessing and a great team they have here. Very grateful to have found this office. I’d give more stars if I could.

Daughter was sent home sick from school but didn’t mention late afternoon that her ears had been hurting since that morning. The pedi was closed and I debated waiting but she was miserable. Scheduled an appointment online, headed up to the clinic, was called back quickly. Staff engaged with her as well as with me, all were very polite, friendly, and empathetic towards her and how she was feeling. We were in and out with prescription in hand within an hour and I even made it to the closest pharmacy to get her prescription filled before they closed. Thanks to nitehawk she got relief and was able to sleep through the night. We’re already repeat customers and will continue to use nitehawk again.

The staff was courteous and the nurse and doctor were professional and gave us quick diagnosis and prescriptions to take care of my son’s illness. Definitely will use them again.
