Run from this place. Had back issues they said when I walked in I needed an appointment. The nurse said the person I needed to see was out for two days and to set my appointment two days later. I came two days later and had to wait one hour and 15 minutes. To see the same nurse who said it was not necessary to see that person as she was still a lone nurse practician. Under staffed, long wait, wrong information. In and out in 15 out really 2 hours with an appointment. I have absolutely no faith in there care. Run not walk to different location. Urgent is not urgent, care not so much.

***DO NOT TRUST THIS GREEDY COMPANY TO TELL YOU YOUR INSURANCE COPAY WHEN YOU VISIT*** In March 2020, I visited CareSpot for a minor skin infection and I have a high deductible health plan, so had them run my insurance to see what it would cost to visit, fully aware that the cash price might be better--Tier One service (appropriate for a minor skin infection) is $140. The receptionist told me the total due for my visit with insurance would only be $20. I was surprised, but given that COVID was starting I thought they may have changed their copays for urgent care to keep people out of other care facilities. I paid the $20 and the service was fine. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $236 on top of the $20 I already paid. I called their billing department and they told me my insurance negotiated a rate of $256, regardless of service, and because I have a high deductible health plan, I need to pay that amount until I reach my deductible. I knew and understood that this was likely, but their employee who ran my insurance told me it was *only* $20, and I foolishly took her word for it. I called their billing department, explained what I experienced to a manger, and told them I was willing to pay $120--the balance for a cash payment for a Tier One service. I was informed there was "nothing" that the billing department could do, but I could reach out to the manager of the location for an adjustment. I contacted Michael Tappe, the regional manager for the location, and he was smug, told me he could not verify the employee error, and that I owed the $236. I replied and reminded him that I was willing to pay what I owed, the $120, and asked again for reconsideration, but received no reply to that that communication, nor my my final plea for reconsideration. Today, I received a collections notice for the $236, despite their error, my reasonable offer, and their lack of communication. I held off writing this to see how they would handle the situation, but their greed is clear. Do not visit this awful company!
