The clinic was great. The billing dept. is the reason for the poor review. There was a problem with the insurance company, and they charged the disputed amount to my credit card that I had used to make my copays without my permission. Very unethical if not illegal. I will never trust them again. Shame on them.

My daughter went to this location this morning because she is having a severe allergic reaction, she thinks it's because of the antibiotics she has been prescribed, by her Tampa physician. My daughter has medical history that occasionally requires her to take a strong antibiotic, btw as everyone in the entire universe knows antibiotics are prescribed by a doctor which the PA questioned... Moving on, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional however the medical assistant and the physician's assistant were absolutely horrible! They treated her as if she was wasting their time; they were impatient, condescending, and right out rude to her. So bad in fact my daughter left in tears because of the mistreatment and terrible things that were said to her by the PA no less! They did nothing to help her, she is still covered in horrible hives, and at this time we are looking for a reputable physician who is compassionate and wants to actually help patients and not treat them as if their conditions are no big deal and they do not count as humans! My daughter paid the full amount for the office visit of $140.00 which she has since requested a refund for, let's see if that happens. We will update this review. To medical staff, get new professions because quite frankly you are terrible at your jobs and clearly awful human beings to treat people the way you do, of all the professions, medical people must be compassionate and understanding! Not heartless and uncaring of how you treat others, your parents clearly did a bad job of raising you and emulating what kindness and fair treatment of others is. Clay county residents, beware of this place! Do not seek medical treatment from these people.

Walked in yesterday, 3 hour wait so we made an appt for today. The front desk staff is very rude and hate their jobs. They can’t even smile and they are the first impression of This office. The staff in back is nicer. Unfortunately, the primary doctor you can never get an appt with so your forced to come these places
