What patients are saying...

i made an appointment for 9:45AM and they STILL made me wait 1hour to finally see the provider. and they took 2 patients in front of me that stated they did not have any appointments. i don’t understand why appointments are accepted if they have no respect regarding Time Management. i also didn’t like how all of the associates spoke to me. like they tell me where to sit in form of a question. the Associates should just say “we normally have our patients sit here” or something they also weren’t very good with explaining what they’re doing to me and why it’s needed. i was very dissatisfied with the service provided at this location. if this location wasn’t in my Insurance’s Network i would never come here again. there was also an associate on his cell phone behind the receptionists desk for the whole hour i was waiting to be seen

The place is nice and clean and the nursing and first staff were extremely friendly and nice. The reason I am giving this Carespot such a low rating is because of the Nurse Practitioner Kelly Reyes. I was not feeling well and came here to be diagnose. Kelly show no empathize for my symptoms and belittle me assuming I could not afford to get a vial injection because I did not have insurance. She did not answer any of my questions I had and said I should just see another doctor for my symptoms. Isn't the whole point of your job to help diagnose people with their symptoms? I could tell she just wanted me in and out. Honestly, Kelly Reyes does not follow her Hippocratic Oath or the Nightingale Pledge to maintain professional standards. I will never go back.
