I ended up with the flu. I got in quickly and was taken care of in a timely fashion.. Dr. Suarez is a very good young doctor.

Was feeling ill and checked the schedule as a walk in I checked in and was in and out within a hour Darrell took care and the treatment was good. Highly recommend 👌

I was feeling worse this morning and knew I had to go to work tomorrow. I chose to go see Dr. I really love that they always have a solution and diagnosis. I appreciate how they help to get me better.. They are always prompt to see me. I love how I can make an appointment, that makes it so smooth when I don't feel good. I always recommend this place.

The dr that I saw seemed unwilling to help me unless I tested for flu and covid. I finally gave in and I was negative. She said that she was sure it was one of the 2 because my body hurt. I said I’m running fever. She didn’t seem to know that even though the nurse had it written down on my chart. I told the dr it felt like whatever I had was settling in my chest. She never listened to my lungs. She was absolutely the worst provider I have ever seen and I would refuse service is she was the only choice. She was completely incompetent.

3 weeks ago I got sick and I booked an appointment and they said I had covid and flu and then,weeks into being sick same symptoms came back and I went back and I told them I had the same symptoms ,they said I had strep,no chest x-rays nothing,then I end up @ er, total fail!!

The staff was very unprofessional. They were rushing us so they could go home. I was very upset at how we were treated.

Woke up with my left ear hurting . Got an appointment quickly. Was a little bit of a wait but no too bad because they were very busy. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Anita was great,  as she always is.

All the staff is amazing from the receptionist to the Dr!

Slipped on black ice and feel hard on my back and neck. Did xrays and doc came back without a few minutes they were all very kind and caring took great care of me

Needed to be seen outside of my PCP office hours. I was able to schedule an appointment that convenient for me. Check in is easy and friendly! Anita is amazing and truly takes time to listen to my concerns and cares about making me feel better! Her assistant Bailee was friendly and offered a sucker to my daughter to help pass the time with a little treat. I will go out of my way to go to FMC on Ross. They are the best! Thank you ladies for your kindness and care on a cold Sunday! Recommend 10/10!
