This was followed by up tele visit from a previous in person visit. As stated from previous visit the testing performed was not collected correctly and gave negative results for flu and Covid. Ended up in BSA emergency room on Tuesday admitted for both positive flu and Covid I would like this followed up on by someone this is incompetence and I end up paying thousands for something that was fairly straightforward to treat. Will not use this facility again

Dr Sean green was in such a hurry to get off the phone he didn’t listen to a word. Didn’t ask about any past or recent hospitalizations or health issues. I have had a serious health condition that prevents me from taking antibiotics and still he prescribed. This is not my first time at this clinic so all of this was in my file but he chose not to read it. Very disappointed because the interactions I’ve had with previous NP and Drs has been amazing which is why I kept coming back. Not so sure I’ll use them again.
