A tad bit of a wait once in the room, but that’s to be expected waiting on test results. Everyone I encountered from beginning to end were SO friendly! Bedside manner with Karlie Novian was amazing, she was so compassionate. I didn’t feel the least bit rushed. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Carlie is very knowledgeable and kind. She gave me a thorough breakdown of my treatment options. Jackie did a great job as well and made me feel comfortable. Both excellent staff. Downfall was the wait time. Waited in treatment room at least an hour

I'm hoping that the receptionist is new because she was very unorganized and unsure of anything which slowed down the check in/wait time quiet a bit. I totally understand if she is new and hasn't gotten her rhythm yet but if she isn't new she may need assistance or a different role within the clinic.

My sinus infection had gotten a lot worse. I called car express and was able to get an appointment in two hours. The front desk staff were really nice. The medical assistant was very good and thorough. Carlie Novian the NP provided excellent care. She is upbeat and ask questions to clarify how I was feeling. She prescribed medication's that I believe will make me feel better and get over this infection.

Having the worst body aches where it hurts to sit down. I have the stomach bug and the entire visit was 3 hours. The worst experience by far.

My husband and I both are sick and went in together. They tested us for Covid, flu and strep. All negative -  I told the doctor we both have asthma. He never listened to my lungs - I told him we had congestion - I was spitting it up. I have been sick 2 weeks. I told them my ears hurt - he didn’t look at my ears - he gave us prescriptions for symptoms - he had on a mask and I told him I wasn’t hearing well he didn’t even tell us what the diagnosis was - I asked the receptionist what the diagnosis was- she said respiratory infection - I asked why we weren’t getting antibiotics- Horrible experience

It was a bit of a longer wait once I was in the room but the care more than made up for the extra few minutes. Time was taken to actually listen and diagnose my symptoms. The bedside manner of the staff was top notch. I didn’t feel like I was on an assembly line where they just pushed customers through but felt like a valued patient. I would definitely recommend them for urgent care.
