Shelley was great. I appreciated her help & thoroughness. She even reminded me of practical things to prevent me from giving the sickness back to myself. Thank you. The wait time was a little long, but I appreciate the option of telemedicine.

The physician was wonderful. Quick visit once we figured out the pre-visit paperwork process.

I waited an hour and a half and was disconnected. I went back and waited for 30 minutes and got a text that I needed to fill out paper work. It was a very painful process. The visit was fast and easy

This is my first experience with a virtual visit and it was very simple and convenient to schedule. The online process was easy to follow and relatively quick. The staff was so friendly and asked all of the relevant questions to make sure they had all symptoms and concerns addressed. Will definitely use this option in the future and recommend to all my friends and family.

If you all are so busy you can’t staff the online visits maybe you shouldn’t offer it or push it to another location that can accommodate.
