We are very pleased with our experience with CareXpress Urgent Care Canyon. We made our appointment online, arrived and were seen right as scheduled, and had excellent care for our daughter. All of the staff were kind and did an excellent job.

Did not take long to get in as a new patient. Staff was very nice! Glad to have a new place for health care

Started feeling bad last night, was able to get an appointment quick and I got right in! Check in was quick, wait time was very short! The Doctor was very kind and she listened! Great Clinic!

I was able to schedule an appointment online within an hour.  I had to wait about 30 minutes to be called back, which was just fine.   I saw the doctor, or nurse practitioner ( not sure of her credentials).  She asked what happened and I told her.about my eye injury.  She asked if I wanted  her to put stain in it to see if it was scratched. I said no as it was purely diagnostic and I knew what I had done to myself.  I asked her if I could just get an antibiotic to prevent an infection.  She said she could do that and also mentioned if I had any other issues later to go to a specialist.  Nobody ever assessed me, looked at what I complained about or even touched me at all.  I was charged $125 when I checked in.  I felt like I never should’ve gone in because I paid them to just send a script to the pharmacy as a preventative measure.  I didn’t get any discharge instructions or recommendations on how to care for my eye.   Everyone was friendly enough but didn’t seem very interested in ensuring my eye would be ok.  I’m nearly blind in my other eye so this is especially concerning to me that my injured eye heals properly.

Woke up not feeling well I have COPD and I was congested I called and I had an appointment scheduled if I could get there in 45 minutes No problem getting there on time The staff and Doctor Green were excellent I was in and out within 45 minutes Ran Covid test and flu test which were negative Doctor Green had already called in a prescription before I could check out Want to thank all the staff And Dr Green for their friendly ,caring and prompt attention to my needs .

What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you then have to wait forever when you get there? I made a 940 appointment and did the paperwork online. When I got to the front desk, the gal there said that they didn’t use the paperwork update so she asked me the wrong address to verify. Again, not sure the point of using the booking app if neither the paperwork nor the appointment was used
