Walk-in and first time at this location. Staff were friendly and attentive to what brought me to seek services, answered all questions and concerns. I would suggest all imaging/lab services remain available until the duration of their business hours. Nonetheless I would recommend this provider.

Everyone was super nice Pam was great Tracey was amazing she gave me antibiotic for my flu symptoms while no one else did shout out to Lucy who took one for the team and came in for me we are a great team at CHUC!!!!

I fell over the weekend and by Monday morning was in so much pain I was afraid I had broken a rib. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. They did an X-ray of my chest and were able to tell me right away that everything looked fine. I just had internal bruising. I was very pleased with everyone and everything in this office. Highly recommend using them for emergency situations.

It was awful. Tested for the flu and Covid and the PA hardly came in the door way said negative can’t give you anything. I had speak up and get her to come back said I had some questions and she stood in the door way would not come in to the room. I think she was in a hurry or something. The place was not busy.

The entire process from scheduling appointment to checking in was great! Everyone was so professional and kind. The staff was great and they took great care of my 2 year old. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

My kiddo woke up with a nasty cough and a high fever. We have never used Carolina Health Urgent Care but a friend recommended them to us and we are so glad that they did! We didn’t sit in the waiting room for anymore than five minutes before they were taking us back. The ladies at the front office were so great with my four year old little guy who felt horrible! They doted and loved on him, the nurse in the back as well as the doctor were both as equally great! They ran all of the tests that were needed and explained what he had in depth. They were so kind and considerate. We were in and out of the office with our prescription and school note within thirty minutes! We highly recommend the providers at Carolina Health Urgent Care!
