Went to this location after experiencing an ongoing cough and chest congestion for three weeks. My lung sounds were pretty bad and as a RN myself, I knew I needed help. The friendly receptionist checked me in with ease and I was called back after less than 5 minutes. The MA was courteous and personable. She administered the shot of solumedrol perfectly. The NP, T. Hoxie, was very impressive. She listened to my lungs, administered a nebulizer treatment, and listened again. She ordered the steroid shot and prescribed everything I needed at home. Her expertise was one rarely seen in the business of healthcare. She has a skill set beyond the norm and goes the extra mile. Thanks to all who cared for me yesterday!
