Doctor is always knowledgeable, understanding, and caring.

All of the staff were upbeat and friendly.  Very pleasurable experience.

Upon entrance to the facility I was greeted promptly by the check in staff.  The wait was only as long as it took me to complete the paperwork, which I failed to complete online.  The facility  and room were clean, colors were very pleasing to the eyes. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment, they all were professional, knowledgeable and caring. Treated me with respect and care, very personable staff. I highly recommend this facility if needed. I scheduled my daughter an appointment for congestion. My appointment was scheduled for 11 o’clock and I waited for over an hour before we got back to the room and then I was in the room for an hour if not a little more. David was very nice and I would recommend him. I had to pay $125 when I went in because I had not met my deductible and I thought that covered any test but then I end up having to pay 35 more dollars for him running a strep test on her. If I was aware of the cost, I probably would not have come there knowing I had to pay that much out of pocket and I thought the test was covered in the 125 payment.

Was able to book an appointment within an hour. Wait time was minimal. Doctor was attentive to my needs and prescribed meds and rest. Two days later and I'm feeling much better!

Professional and friendly staff. Wait time short. Clean office. Tammi White was so personable. Would not consider another facility.

Efficient and caring. First time at this UC so I was delighted there was little wait time and very quite. I rececommend this place b/c when you are sick, you want to be seen then not 3 days later. It was out of my insurance network, but I got the testing and the medication I needed so that I could recover faster.

Front desk staff was not as friendly as normal lady kept telling me one thing then changing to another

I made an appointment on line. Upon entry I didn't have to wait very long. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The PA was attentive and prescribed just what I needed to get rid of my chest cold. I am so thankful and I feel much better.
