Got an appointment easily and was seen on time. Dr. Buck ran some test and shortly went over my results. He is very knowledgeable and has a  personality that puts you at ease. He throughly explained my treatment schedule. I filled his orders and was much better the next day. I like that they always give you a phone call several days later to check on you. It is a first class operation. I would definitely recommend Dr Buck and this facility.

Scheduling was super easy online. Check in and paperwork can all done on the phone. Staff is welcoming and friendly and staff went above and beyond to help my little one. They are great with kids and are very welcoming!

The team made sure I was well taken care of. I needed an X-ray of my ribs & they did it right there.  I highly recommend Carolina Plus Urgent Care.

Carolina Plus quickly became my go-to urgent care in Rock Hill. Everyone is always nice and the providers are great. I’m always in and out.

Very good experience all around… aside from the wait time between the nurse checking me in a room and the NP coming in. Otherwise, very pleased!

Got there before my appointment me and other customer a close sign was on the door. They came out about 15 min later and said they was close no explaination only they call but they did not call the next and they were closed I want be coming back

I had a skin rash that wasn’t going away. I was able to schedule an appt the same day. There were 3 women in the front work area and the lobby was clear. The woman who called me back was 10 minutes past my appt time calling me back. I could see her sitting there the entire time. Talking with her coworker. She seemed very tired of her job. Once back in the exam room, it took another 20 minutes to see someone I’m not sure what their credentials were. She then took a picture of the rash so she could show her supervisor. Apparently she didn’t know? You even have the wrong visit time referenced on thy is survey. I would not recommend this office. They used to be a good urgent care. Not sure what happened.
