I cut the bottom of my foot and the Dr?,PA?, mid level, never introduced themself. I have no idea who it was. She used glue to close the cut on my foot. I was told that I could leave as soon as the glue dried. I was never given any instructions or paperwork when I left. Just not professional and 3 hours later the cut on the bottom of my foot is open and bleeding again. Very disappointed in the care that I received, should have used web md, I would still be in the same position I am in now but I would still have my $50 in my pocket. Such a waste. Everyone was very nice but if the care is bad it does not matter how nice you are.

The physician that provided care didn’t do ask very many questions nor did he examine fully. It seemed that he had his mind made up before he entered the room and made us feel unheard and like he felt he didn’t believe the presenting symptoms. Overall every other part of our experience was good but you go to urgent care to see a doctor and we would never want this doctor to treat any of our family again.
