I came in with a lumbar and right leg pain. My only issue was checking in.  That fact that my information your system requires every Urgent care visit was not stored.  Like insurance information, drivers license from my visit last month.  Because I was in so much pain and barely able to walk I did not grab my wallet or phone.  So my spouse had to go back home and get them.  The back staff I saw was amazing, caring and very professional.  I have been a regular patient at that office before you bought Dr Wilner out.  You website also says that some of your staff is mot covered by UHC but the practice is listed on my UHC website as being in network.  You should also correct that.

I walked in around 5 pm for a Covid test. I was seen quickly. Tested positive. Was given adequate time to ask a few questions about options for anti viral med interactions with current meds. Rx was ordered. Printed information was a bit contradictory- but clear enough. Overall, very pleased with attention I was given.

Wasn’t feeling well after recovering from pneumonia a couple of weeks ago.  Decided to go in for a recheck.  Easy online scheduling for later in the day made it very convenient.  NP reviewed previous visits and covered all the bases.  Felt really good about the diagnosis and care plan.  Would definitely recommend!
