I arrived at CCHC Urgent Care for a medical problem and was greeted at the front desk by a very pleasant young lady who took my information and asked me to have a seat in the lobby. I was then directed to be seen by PA Ashley and her nurse Amber. I cannot say enough about those two! They were quite thorough and professional, and pleasant as well. Due to my medical condition I was then treated by Dr. Koontz and his nurse Katie. They too were very friend, and as they administered the procedure they were empathetic and very understanding. The staff that I came into contact with at the Urgent Care were all quite professional, and accommodating.

I have been here twice in last 6 months, there is a very short wait time. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The staff and Drs are very nice, the actually listen to you and not rush you out. This is definitely the place to go if you need urgent care!!!

5 hour wait for an ear infection is utterly ridiculous! The ER probably would have been faster! My husband has had 6 back surgeries and an implant in his spine. He had to sit in a hard back chair 5 hours before seeing the doctor? Why? How about let someone know upfront about wait times ! He got there at 11:30 am 9/26/2022 and left at 4:45pm. After I called twice fussing, they finally seen him.

My wife & I have used CCHC Urgent Care several times over the last ten years The experience has always been good Wait times were usually no longer than with my regular appointments with a Doctor's office When they initiated the Online Appointment took,it got dramatically better than my appointment with our Doctors. While they have delivered excellent care,on my last visit they went even further than usual. PA Graham, along the caring nurses that answered the phone opened the doors, checked me in were superb.

Made online appointment and seen within hours. Had lab tests, xray, and ekg all done on site. Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and so kind. I felt confident about their expertise and professionalism with regard to my illness. I would highly recommend this facility.

The Staff was very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with the Covid 19 precautions they had in place. My wait was minimal and was given a appointment within three hours of my initial call. Upon arrival I was checked in by my scheduled appointment and then seen by Pam the nurse, Maggie (Intern) and NP Prentis Gross. Everyone was caring, listened, courteous and treated me with respect. This was my first visit to this practice as my primary care Dr. could not see me. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to return if I needed to. As I was checking out someone was being very rude to the receptionist. She handled this situation with respect and she was very calm trying to defuse this patients anger. Well your efforts were well noticed by me. I don't think I would have been so kind! Thank you everyone at CCHC for your exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable care.
