Woke up Wed morning and I was sick stayed in bed till Saturday went to Cedar Hill UC n the treatment I received while there made me fill better, meds given and next day I started to feel much better!!!!! Shoutout to Saturday workers I RECOMMEND ALL SATURDAY STAFF!

The staff is wonderful the cleaning this is great. The doctors caring are recommended to anyone.

The front desk employee (Shaela) was beyond kind and helpful. I first interacted with her over the phone when I called before going to the office. Once my sick daughter and I walked in the door she was welcoming, accommodating, and very patient. She assisted us with the online registration; and kept all the visitors informed about the office and the services provided. After I received my daughter’s discharge papers, she walked me through the paperwork to make sure I understood the instructions to care for my daughter. Having resided in DC for some time now, both my daughter and I agreed, Shaela is the kindest most welcoming front office employee we have EVER encountered. Because of her, I give the office an A+++ rating. Keep up the wonderful work and thank you Shaela!

Went in with my bronchial-asthma flared up real. They took good care of gave me 2 breathing treatments and some prednisone and some prescriptions. Love them there ❤️ . I always go when I'm sick or not feeling well

Woke up this morning not feeling well so I went in to get seen I was well taking care of and I was helped and also in and out

It was my first time there it is closer to my apt will I can walk or catch the visit is small it need to be a little bigger and more doctor

I had an excellent experience. The staff was kind, professional, and thorough, ensuring I felt cared for every step of the way. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized.

I did not get the proper care, I felt like the PA was rushing and did not ask enough questions on the symptoms that I was experiencing . After leaving the office my symptoms got worse. Two days later I had to go to another urgent care and they diagnose me and gave me the right medications for my symptoms.

This is my second time visiting this urgent care! The staff even security guard was so nice and helpful! The service was nice and fast and I was in and out! I’m never going to the emergency room again lol

This place were suggested by my primary doctor's office. Such a friendly, clean and bright place. Waiting time very little. Also everyone very helpful with checking in. thank you for your service to the community.
