Went in for COVID and flu shots. Set up an appointment the day before and provided those details in the appointment booking. Arrived one-time and checked in, but it took 30 minutes before I was called to the back, and another 30 minutes before someone administered my shots. I expected staff to be prepared with the vaccines since I put that information in my booking request the day before. So that was really disappointing. On the good side, staff was very courteous and professional, booking the appt and checking in were a breeze, and the facilities were nice, clean, and comfortable.

Everyone was super friendly. The wait time was not within their control given that people were trying to get seen before the winter storm. Very clean and very easy in terms of scheduling and getting in/out.

Booked an appointment two days prior and was seen 15 minutes before the appointment time and was there for about 45 minutes not bad at all

We came in at 6:45 , was told that only one provider was available. We were seen around 8:35 and the doctor did a look over . Literally looked over my son . 15 mins later the Medical assistant discharged him . I asked about him being tested due to his symptoms, I was told the doctor had left for the day .

Woke up Wed morning and I was sick stayed in bed till Saturday went to Cedar Hill UC n the treatment I received while there made me fill better, meds given and next day I started to feel much better!!!!! Shoutout to Saturday workers I RECOMMEND ALL SATURDAY STAFF!

The staff is wonderful the cleaning this is great. The doctors caring are recommended to anyone.

The front desk employee (Shaela) was beyond kind and helpful. I first interacted with her over the phone when I called before going to the office. Once my sick daughter and I walked in the door she was welcoming, accommodating, and very patient. She assisted us with the online registration; and kept all the visitors informed about the office and the services provided. After I received my daughter’s discharge papers, she walked me through the paperwork to make sure I understood the instructions to care for my daughter. Having resided in DC for some time now, both my daughter and I agreed, Shaela is the kindest most welcoming front office employee we have EVER encountered. Because of her, I give the office an A+++ rating. Keep up the wonderful work and thank you Shaela!
