The front desk lady was really sweet and patient with everyone. Wait time was a little longer than I expected but we were seen in about an hour. The NP Robin was so sweet to my daughter. The check in nurse was really nice too. I would recommend this office.

We had an appointment scheduled at 11:20 and 11:40 for my kids, we were seen almost an hour and a half late. The nurse was rude and didn’t seem to care. Refused to test my son for flu and Covid, took him to his dr today and he has flu a. The nurse was so hateful it’s hard to put into words, she was not caring whatsoever. The fact that my son was visibly sick and was denied a test is infuriating. I would rather suffer than come to this hell hole.

Everything was great for my daughter's visit today. The wait was a little long, but that's understandable with this flu season ongoing. The staff was so nice and accommodating for us. The lobby and rooms were very clean and inviting. Everyone was very considerate about my daughter's limitations and worked with them. We highly recommend!

Dr. Alan was one of the kindest doctors I have ever come across. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, heard and not just another number.

I was having severe pain in my elbow and was referred to this clinic from another S & W facility because their X-Ray machine was broken.  The receptionist was very cold, rude, and non caring.  The first thing she said was “we have about a 30-45 min wait and you can go somewhere else if you want too.”  We stayed because we would have waited elsewhere too.  She then said, we’ll scan the code so I can check you in.  Other people came in and were not asked to scan the code.  She turned three people away, told them the could go to another Urgent Care in Bellmead or could go to Premier Urgent Care because that one was her favorite one. The nurse that called me to the back to do my vitals was awesome and the Dr was the best.  Both were very caring, considerate and showed sympathy for my issue.   I would recommend the provider but I would not ask anyone to put up with the receptionist’s attitude.

Went in with flu while visiting from out of town. Seemed like a long wait time.  Nurse and Dr were great.  Only problem was, even though we picked a local pharmacy, they called my Rx’s into the pharmacy in the state where I live, not this one.  Had to hang around the pharmacy for awhile to get it straightened out.

The staff was all very nice and helpful the doctor got me what I needed and I was on my way. It did take a while to get my results but they were having computer troubles that day. Overall my experience here was good and helpful.

I walked in and the check in was easy. I was seen right away. The staff was very polite.

My left ear was hurting.  Walked in and had to wait a little while, not long.  Probably in and out about a hour.  Doctor was very thorough.  Pleasant visit.
