Started the appointment telling the provider I had obvious signs of strep throat. She asked me a million questions just to tell me I would need to come in I didn’t feel well enough to drive but to waste my time in an obvious attempt for money is unethical you should have stated that in the beginning!! Would never recommended. Another telehealth provider saw me through video unlike this provider and gave me exactly what I needed. Would never recommend.

I waited over an hour for a virtual appointment which I made bc I was at work and didn’t have time to go to the dr, but it would have been easier just to go in somewhere. I don’t know why I’m being asked about the staff and bedside manner or anything about the experience really because there wasn’t one. I sat in a virtual waiting room over an hour at work trying to get a provider in the call and that never happened. So I really hope I won’t be charged for this “visit” bc there wasn’t one. WORST virtual experience I’ve ever had. Would not recommend if you’re using virtual as a time saver

Been sick for a few days made an appointment to get antibiotics all I got was , we don’t provide any prescriptions online u would have to come into one of our facilities which defeats the purpose of the online appointment, besides that I had to schedule a couple of times because they kept saying it was busy so my appointment times was never the appointment time they gave me waited over an hour to just get told to go in .

We waited 2 hours for are appointment and we didn't get to see a doctor. I called several times and was either sent to voicemail or hung up on.

They never called and you on hold for 50min and then They hang up

I had to wait a half hour for my appointment. The doctor was very rude and did not prescribe any medication she said I had to be seen in the office then what is the point of a telephone appointment?

We had a schedule virtual, I waited for a bit and no one ever came on.

I talked to a provider until 8:55pm when my television was at 7:40pm. No one called me. I called them since I knew they were closing at 9pm. I didn't see anyone the provider just got on the phone to tell me to come in in the morning for an appointment. I asked why they didn't call me for the tele appointment and she said because she was with patiently, which o though I was a patient waiting to be seen as well. This is the second time this happens where I schedule a tele appointment and they don't call me back. I'm the one calling them to see what happened. Very unsatisfied as a patient. They should not offer tele visits if they don't take tele visit patients seriously.

The kindest people very caring,and take there job and the patient very serious. Form the check in girls ,nurses,and doctors they take second to nobody. They are the best. Give them all raises. You should be so lucky to have such great employees
