It’s hard getting an appointment with my pcp because of my job and they always help me when I need it.

Made an appointment online for a Telehealth visit and waited 40 minutes before I had to call the clinic on my boyfriends phone to check the status. They ended up not finding any information on me in their system. I put my credit card in their system and had a confirmation email and text. Wasted so much time and just ended up calling my pcp which I should’ve just done in the first place. Obviously your online scheduling doesn’t work. I would fix that. Don’t recommend this place due to this flaw. Santiago (phone rep) was very nice trying to help me.

I'm going through some health concerns with surgeries coming up on my knees and my mouth and the way that I was treated was amazing I would definitely recommend this place and this doctor Julia Edwards to everyone it makes such a difference when the doctor and everyone there cares about you and that makes it so much less stressful

Would definitely recommended. All staff are very friendly and polite and always answer the phone on the second ring.

My daughter was sick this morning. Just a typical cold with a cough and runny nose. They gave me a drs. note for a couple days so she could get rest at home and get better. Highly recommend. The whole process was super simple and took less than 10 mins.

All the instant tests were wrong. They then called me. I returned the call and the person answering the phone was unaware of a postive test result. These guys stink!

This Urgent Care is the best of the best! Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

Staff was very professional and knowledgeable about my condition. I feel like shit and they made my immediate care experience pleasant.

No one ever got back at me didn't receive a call kept transferring me to the wrong person.
