I waited about two hours for the call. And my appointment was supposed to be for a video call but once the provider called me it was only over the phone. The point of me scheduling a video call is so that the provider can see the injury on my son. Due to the appointment only being over the phone, the provider waisted my time and just had me take him in to the immediate care instead for further evaluation. That could’ve been avoided by just the video call. Once I headed into the clinic , it was too much of a wait for a one year old.

No one ever showed up to virtual appointment and I was not seen

The doctor was amazing! We didn’t feel rushed or anything. She took her time with my baby and answered all our questions. Thank you for your kindness!

I made a virtual appointment for 2:35 and wasn't seen until after 5:30pm. First time I called, I was informed that there were only 2 people in front of me and that was around 3:30pm. After calling again around 4 closer to 5pm, I was informed that there were now 4 people in front of me! A lot of runarounds and people giving misinformation led to a shitty experience overall. Doctor was fast and friendly though which was nice when I finally received a call. I never have these issues when I make an appt to go inside the clinic and the fact that even with my appt, walk-ins were seen before me is ridiculous. If you can afford to go somewhere else, stay away from this clinic.

My son and I were brought into a room within 5 minutes of arriving and swabbed for strep right away. Doctor came in 10 minutes later examined and prescribed meds. We were in and out in a half hour total.

It’s hard getting an appointment with my pcp because of my job and they always help me when I need it.

Made an appointment online for a Telehealth visit and waited 40 minutes before I had to call the clinic on my boyfriends phone to check the status. They ended up not finding any information on me in their system. I put my credit card in their system and had a confirmation email and text. Wasted so much time and just ended up calling my pcp which I should’ve just done in the first place. Obviously your online scheduling doesn’t work. I would fix that. Don’t recommend this place due to this flaw. Santiago (phone rep) was very nice trying to help me.

I'm going through some health concerns with surgeries coming up on my knees and my mouth and the way that I was treated was amazing I would definitely recommend this place and this doctor Julia Edwards to everyone it makes such a difference when the doctor and everyone there cares about you and that makes it so much less stressful

Would definitely recommended. All staff are very friendly and polite and always answer the phone on the second ring.
