Appointment was quick and easy the doctor helped me figured out what was wrong

I have been experiencing severe panic attacks still, simi is very helpful and I am thankful for everything she has done for me. I have been trying to contact several times as there is an issue with my prescriptions at the pharmacy and no one is contacting the pharmacy or me back. Besides that everything has been great for 6-7 weeks during my appointments

Dr. Shatts was very helpful in explaining different concerns that I had. She addressed all of my needs.

Had a sinus infection that made it hard to get out and about.  The ease of scheduling, diagnosing and getting help for sickness was amazing and a lot easier than driving to a clinic. I would highly recommend the provider.

Will recommand this urgent care. Located in South fallsburgh I personally experienced their telahealth, which was a pleasant experience. The Provider was patient thorough and. Informative.

Still no one saw me, provider hung up on telehealth they said they couldn’t see me and that they’d let me know when I can be seen

The provider who saw me was very nice and helpful but when I just called my pharmacy they said they only received one prescription so I'm wondering how to get in contact to find out if the other ones being sent

Asthma flair ups due to forest fires.scheduling , check-in, staff and care was excellent!

The doctor did an incredible job putting me at ease and I had a lot of confidence in her decision for medication (antibiotic). I had a little bit of trouble with scheduling. I was waiting on the check in page when I was supposed to have clicked a link in my text messages. I would recommend Telehealth, but it was difficult to understand the scheduling and log on process.

So accommodating!!!! Thanks fir working around my schedule!!
