The doctor was great, the only thing he pharmacy only got 2 prescriptions..I think the antibiotic wasn't sent

When I went to pick my medicine they stated that my insurance did not cover it . I would like to get prescribed something coverd by my insurance. Thank you

Scheduling my virtual appointment was quick and easy, check in staff was amazing and when I spoke with my provider Sima about my illness she was very knowledgeable, insightful, and caring on how to take care of myself with proper treatment and medication.

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and green mucus it was bad got a quick appointment here the wait time was awsome 3min wait the check in was so easy on the app solvhealth the staff called me before my appointment was smooth and great customer care and the staff is amazing and the level of care here is great I’d recommend to everyone and their kids❤️❤️❤️

The scheduling was very easy to do as well as filling out paperwork system can auto add information so you would not have to type all of you’re information every time scheduling an appointment or even if this is you’re first time visiting.

Tested positive for Covid and did not want to go in person to chance infecting anyone else. I was able to get an appointment quickly and the provider was wonderful. Beyond thankful for the service.

I made my telemed appt at 3:30 for a 4:15 appt. Checks in at 4 and was done by 4:05. Very efficient and smooth process. The Dr. took his time and I did not feel rushed.

Staff including front desk phone operator were very friendly and helpful. They actually cared and hoped i felt better!
