My son was feeling sick over night I was able to schedule a quick appointment . The provider and office was very friendly and helpful .

My appointment with Chai Care are always wonderful!  I love it when I see Dr. Thaler-Phillip pop up on the screen.  She is kind, caring, and attentive.  The ease of making an appointment is great!  Also, the staff who checks me in is always kind.  Thank you for everything!

Had a great experience with my first tele UC visit. Provider was on time and staff who checked me in was very efficient.

I loved the front desk staff who were very kind to my young son. I was however surprised by the wait time given there was only one person who arrived before us. We were in the urgent care for almost 2 hours. I was disappointed that the facility is advertised to have x-ray on location which was not the case, and the actual medical provider turned out to not be on site which I was not told until after I had paid and been through intake. We saw a provider virtually at the facility which defeats the purpose of having trekked to an urgent care with my kid!

I have concerns about my eye and the provider asked me questions and gave me some suggestions if the drops prescribed don’t work.
