Not happy with the PCR test. The girl barely touched my nose with the swab.she put it in one nostril for half a second. When I commented on that she said it didn’t matter. I will now have to pay for another test elsewhere as I can’t trust this test.

I usually come for Covid tests here and have a great experience, but was very disappointed with my first doctor consultation. The nurse performed 2 strep tests (the overnight came out positive) but the doctor didn't care to observe me thoroughly, so I came home undiagnosed and with a lack of guidance on what to do while waiting for test results.

Lately they haven’t been updating on my portal. I literally had strep for 2 weeks without knowing because the 24hr test that I had gotten done never showed up on my portal nor did I receive a call. Til this day it still isn’t up so did they even send it out.

My experience was great! The staff is friendly and so professional. Especially the young man with the warm tone of communication.

Appointments are so easy (making appointment, checking in, etc.). The facility is super easy to find, clean, and welcoming. The staff are friendly and informative, making the care experience stress-free.

Online appointments weren't honored – or used. I checked in via Solv as directed and it was very unclear what would happen next. The 'waiting list' was backed up showing appointments from 7 hours earlier. And then I found out that my appointment didn't matter – so I essentially came to the facility just to be a 'walk in' so I had to wait in line and then wait in a crowded, small waiting area with a bunch of people who potentially had Covid, so I felt at more risk being at the facility vs if they had honored appointments and I was able to come on time, get my test and then go home.

I made an appointment for PCR tests for me and my daughter. I signed in and confirmed it through the app. When we got there, the staff had no idea and we had to sign in again. We waited for nearly two hours. Terrible.

Chai Urgent Care has an incredible staff that works through COVID surges with an organized and kind outlook. I could not recommend them enough during these trying times.
