This is definitely one of my best experiences in an urgent care! Staff was very friendly and quality of care was great 👍🏿

I arrived on time and tried to check-in but the system said I didn't have an appointment...even though I had just confirmed via text and had an email confirming I had an appt at the same location. There was no one else in the waiting room, not even a staff person. I waited 10 minutes for someone to finally come. Then I had to give all the information I had put into the system the day before to this staff person who didn't even seem to know why I was there. I was told to go into an exam room where I waited another 25 minutes for no discernible reason as there were no other patients there. When I finally left the room to ... see if anyone was still there? Remind the staff member I was there? she came into the room and apologized for the wait. I got a rapid covid test even though I didn't ask for one---I was there for a PCR. I tried to clarify when I would get the PCR results and the staff member seemed annoyed I would ask. I realized she wasn't wearing gloves and didn't remember her washing her hands before taking either of my covid tests. What could have been a 5-10 minute appt was a 40 minute frustrating affair due to tech issues (no devices seem to be talking to each other) and either severe understaffing and/or low morale. I was truly disturbed that a medical professional would give a covid test without washing hands/sanitizing or at least putting gloves on.

I arrived and they told me they are not honoring appointments and it’s first come first serve. I’ve been waiting for two and a half hours.

I was 6 months pregnant and was unaware I was having an asthma attack and both the staff and doctor took care of me with such ease and care. Thank you!!

The front desk person accidentally sent someone after me in line in before me. There were also people without masks or masks below their noses in the lobby and the staff didn’t ask them to fix them or put them on until after I said something.

I went in for a rapid and pcr covid test appointment at 11am. Before I got the test, I was informed that the pcr results would be available by noon the following day. When I called to check in then, I was told the results were not in yet and to call back later. I called that evening- I was told still no results but, this time, they told me that it is typically 24 hours from when the lab recieves the tests. I asked what time the lab recieved my tests, and they told me 9pm the precious night. Based on this, I called back again at 10pm- no results. The following day, now over 48 hours after my test, I was once again informed that the results are still pending. If you are looking for a pcr test with results by a certain time, I would caution you to not trust this clinic’s time frame. Had they been up front about the expected wait and not so confidently told me the results would be availble by noon the day after the test, I would have gone elsewhere.

The staff was great, the doctor was terrible. So dismissive. Felt like he couldn’t be bothered to listen to my concerns. Basically told me I shouldn’t have come in because I was fine. One of my worst experiences with a doctor.

They do not require patients to wear masks, even when they are there to test for COVID.
