I got there for respiratory issue, I didn’t wait much for a nurse to come see me but it took home like an hour to take my personal info which I already completed online, to then wait for a doctor to come and tell me he can’t see me and that I have to go to a hospital. But the worst side of the story is that when I walk out the secretary rushed to hand me a BILL, I was more than willing to pay for the overpriced rapid COVID test (which is free everywhere) but for a service a didn’t receive?? 125 usd for a doctor to come and say hi and bye??? I consider this to be totally unethical, if you haven’t provided a service at least have the decency and respect of not writing down a bill. At least now I know that I WILL NEVER GO BACK there, and I’ll make sure I that none of my family or friends either.

I wasn’t expecting to get such friendly, patient and helpful staff. Since this was my first time I did have papers and insurance information to provide. So it took longer. But that’s ok. I shall return.
