This place is the best urgent care to go to when you’re not feeling well. I took my granddaughter there and they took her in right away. Been there many times, you never have to wait hours like other places make you do. Staff is very friendly and the doctors are great!!

Upon arrival at 8:50 for my 9:00 appointment the doors were still locked and one employee was outside seemingly locked out. 2 other employees arrived at 9:00 sharp but were also locked out. They were attempting to enter the building by picking the lock with a credit card. This seemed shady and inappropriate. Finally they let the waiting patients know that it would probably be about 2 hours before patients can be seen in the office!. Meanwhile I was receiving texts letting me know that my appointment is confirmed and that I was first in the waiting room! The practice couldn't even be bothered to adjust their automated appointment and notification system that appointments would be delayed! I would never go back or recommend to anyone I actually care about. I can't imagine that the medical care could be any good!

Although the people were nice and I was able to make an appointment quickly on line. The website says they do X-rays however they do not. An X-ray was needed for this visit so it was a wasted visit.
