Dr was 35 minutes late. Why didn’t the staff say something. Office needed to be cleaned.

I like going to this place because they are nice and the wait time isnt much. They answer every question you have and are very patient

I always go here whenever my kids are sick. I love that they’re open late and we never wait long.

They were able to take me very quick . I was suffering with a swollen jaw due to a tooth infection . Everyone was super helpful and prescribed me correct antibiotics to help with my infection.

No one checked my glands when i said i could feel my throat and glands are swollen, my lungs were listened to over my collar bone and not lower and not on my back at all. My flu and covid test were done at the same time and the girl barely swabbed the edge of my nose and it was so dry the cotton swabs were sticking to my nose. She had the door open the whole time as she stopped doing whatever with me as she was chatting with a guy who worked there…. Sorry but im SICK snd i just wanna get looked at and go home!!!! I told the dr and he said he’ll do new ones and send them out. I had green mucus and he says its viral, i said doesnt green mucus mean infection? He says yes but could most likely be viral and you can continue with the over the counter stuff you have been taking . I said ive been taking that stuff for days and im getting worse! I said i didnt come here not to get antibiotics when i clearly have a sinus infection. He said ok ill give you something. I felt like i didnt even go to the dr. I also want to say that i have been here before and the other dr was so nice and so were the other thorough nurses! But this time was a nightmare.

I had an appointment but people who walked in ahead of me were taken first. I edited 40 minutes past the appointment time. The medical professional who saw me wouldn’t write a script for a needed CAT - scan. He said he couldn’t which I’d not true

The doctor and staff are friendly, exam room is clean, and the wait time was super short when I booked online the day of. I was very sick and they all made me feel like they truly cared for me and thoroughly explained to me all that was being done. I highly recommend this place.

My sons eye had an infection. I was told it was not an infection. Had to go to the doctors again today. Nurse was nice but not accurate.

Act like they don’t care! Crazy!
