PA was very rude. Making faces and rolling his eyes. All I wanted was a z pack and he refused to give me one. Went to different urgent care right after and they prescribed me a z pack. I almost heard him being rude to other patients.

This place was so unprofessional. The M.A came in and asked my name after I told her my name and date of birth she asked me if I was a completely different person, she was not listening to me when I was stating my symptoms and she tried to put down a symptom i didn't even say i was suffering from, she then she puts gloves on and takes a swab out to stick up my nose without even tell my why so I asked what the test was testing for which she then gave me a nasty attitude. I gave her one right back and she told me I am rude. I AM RUDE? I simply asked what the test was for and she gave me an attitude and what does she think I wasn't going to give one back? She then proceeded to go back and forth with me stating that I am rude. I told her how she didn't even know my ne when she came in and gave me the attitude. This place is a joke. Never will I go nor recommend anyone to go here.

I was very impressed with the staff. I was seen by an excellent PA who listened to me and then took time to educate me about what my symptoms and clearly discussed the treatent plan. I was treated with compassion and great care. I will return.

The staff is pretty good but they have a problem of forgetting that you’re there and one guy that works there was actually helping me got on the phone and left me standing there for like 10 minutes was acting like I wasn’t even there. Finally after a while someone else came from the back and helping me. For some reason the staff likes to hide in the back. So give them a yell if you need some help

Very professional, staff was great and friendly and the care was A+. Check in was easy. My only suggestion is that the chairs in the waiting room could use a cleaning.
