Waited forever, the girls in the office were very rude, doctor and nurse were very friendly. I wish I could go to a different facility and have the same doctor and nurse. Everything else was terrible.

James was awesome. He looked me over thoroughly, didn't jump to any conclusions, gave it some thought, asked the right questions and listened, was friendly, and got another doctor's opinion since it was such an odd thing I came in for. I would highly recommend this place. Wait time was a little much, but that's to be expected, especially the day before Xmas. And waiting out in the car is so much better than waiting inside.

We waited for 2 hours to only find out they were running low on Covid tests. We no longer had serious symptoms we couldn’t get a test without seeing a provider. We left very disappointed.

The staff treated my little one with such amazing care. I was so impressed how quickly the process went, as well as testing. Thank you all for helping my little one!

I waited 2 hours outside cold and another hour in the room. Maybe a minute with the doctor. It would have been nice to have a warning of the wait time when I called ahead so I could have chosen somewhere else to go.

I had to wait three hours for the provider to spend three minutes with me.

The wait is about 3-4 hours but the provider was kind and intelligent. Would recommend but make sure you have time to wait.

Forgot about me in the room. 15 min flu test was 45+ min. Had to go out of room to ask someone

My wife and I came in with advanced bronchitis and COVID. We requested antibiotics for the bronchitis since it was originally diagnosed over a week ago but the doctor refused. We were offered COVID antibody treatment but will likely not take it since we are several days in and this is for early treatment having serious potential side affects. The doctor told us to come back if we got worse or had pneumonia symptoms. Essentially, wait until you really get sick and then try again. Finally, the doctor stood at the door and never entered the room or listened to our lungs. He was nice but NOT helpful in our opinion. If our bronchitis turns into pneumonia or worse we will consider this doctor and the clinic responsible. All other clinic staff were very helpful and attentive when checking in, taking vitals, administering COVID tests, etc.
