Please PLEASE read the Google reviews before visiting this facility. There is a doctor here who called CPS on a family after they left a bad review. CPS showed up, saw that the information the doctor had given was false and everything was okay moving forward. Multiple lies were put in paperwork (probably an attempt to cover their tracks) and things were added that were never mentioned during their visit to try and make the situation seem more severe than it was. After checking the reviews there are tons of other stories like this. Do not go here.

Called cps on family that left bad review!

They don't know how to treat patients so they send them to the hospital and call cps on you. I hope the family sues you and causes the doctor to lose her license.

WARNING- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. This place made a life-threatening error that sent my son to the hospital. The doctor prescribed an antibiotic for my son that she knew he was allergic to. The allergy was documented in his chart from previous visits, and I mentioned the allergy during the visit itself, specifically saying he should NOT be prescribed penicillin. Low and behold, she still prescribed a penicillin-based antibiotic and my son had to be rushed to the emergency room after only one dose. My son has not yet recovered and is now traumatized by the experience. I eventually got a call from the Chief Medical Officer, who acknowledged it was their fault; but when I asked if the doctor would be fired, her response was "she is a great doctor" and "people make mistakes". So everyone please be warned: the doctor who sent my son to the hospital because she didn't look at his chart or pay attention during our visit, is still working at this urgent care center. I haven't even gone into all of the other mis-steps that happened during this crisis. I never ever write reviews but I have to warn parents not to come here, because I don't want any other family to have to suffer the way we have. Please go to another urgent care center that might actually hold their doctors accountable for grave mistakes, instead of having a "things happen" attitude.

The nurse and the staff were fantastic, I wish I could say the same for the doctor. She was stuttering when I was asking her question in the room. When the doctor was printing my paperwork off I asked the nurse if someone else could see my son and the doctor jumped in and said, “no. I’m the only doctor here. You can go somewhere else if you want”. Dr. Huston was utterly rude, wouldn’t recommend her at all. Also, when we were in the hallway she told me to put my mask on when she didn’t have a mask on. Hypocrite!!! Y’all need to fire her!!!!
