It is unacceptable force an infant to be tested for Covid only because of a reported day care fever and only a confirmed fever of 99.3 degrees. I will never be back to your facility

We have always had fantastic experiences here with our son. Sadly this experience was very different. Our son has a VERY SERIOUS life threatening heart condition so “normal” illnesses aren’t normal for him. We came in because he has been sick. I was concerned about his general well being but also that he had an ear infection. First red flag was the nurse performing the j take didn’t know what xopenex (levoalbuterol) was. This is one of the more commonly used pediatric medications, especially in middle of viral season. The provider Mystii came into the room. I honestly don’t even know if she introduced herself. She didn’t ask one single question about what was going on with our son and what led us to bring him in. Or the fact that his oxygen levels were not normal. She didn’t ask anything about his medical history which is VERY important for his treatment. She did an assessment on him. In the middle of it he was coughing and she had the nerve to say “you need to cover your mouth, you don’t want to cough on mom, she has to take care of you.” He is only 4 years old. Not only does he know really comprehend that but he is sick and can’t control his nonstop cough. He’s trying to breathe. My son also told her “I have a bad cough” and she said “oh it will just get better”. After her assessment she said “well he has an ear infection, the cough will get better. I will get you a prescription and get you out of here”. She left the room and came back with a prescription. I asked her if there was anything else we could do to support him and she didn’t have any recommendations. No warning signs when to return or take him to the ER. Granted my son has half a heart, is coughing uncontrollably, and his oxygen level is 88%. There were no tests run. He could have Covid, rsv, flu. All of which could mean a hospital admission for him. But again remember, she didn’t ask anything in regards to his condition or history. Every single time he’s had RSV he’s been admitted to the hospital for hypoxia. 3 times. But she doesn’t know that because she didn’t ask. When prescribing his antibiotic, she didn’t ask if he has recently had antibiotics or if he’s had ear infections before. She prescribed amoxicillin which is fine in very few cases but certainly not his. And he has had antibiotics recently. He has failed amoxicillin with past ear infections. I left the office furious that I had even wasted my time. I called his pediatrician who was beside herself and called him in a prescription for stronger antibiotic and Oral steroids given his respiratory status and marginal oxygen saturations. This practitioner will never see my child again. Like I said previously, we have had amazing experiences here and felt safe given our son’s condition. This time was very different. It was very poor care and his condition can rapidly decline at any time. I would highly recommend additional training for this provider.

Not a positive experience for us. The staff were rude and did not explain the diagnosis or the next steps clearly. Very frustrating that we had to ask lot of questions to figure out what’s allowed and what’s not allowed.

We had an appointment at 6pm and we went in by 6:55pm almost 1 hour waiting, then the service was fine no issue with the staff just the disrespect to have to wait 1 hr in a Sunday , when that happen you can always reschedule since there are sick kids around

First time I took my 6 month old who had a cold and fever, they said it wasn’t Covid. A day later fever spikes again so I take my son to a normal urgent care and confirmed in 15 min, he had Covid. J then got it. I just went here again today, instead of telling me there were many people in front of us, they let us wait for two hours which is so stressful with a (now) nine month old. We were then seen for three min where this I don’t know—maybe a PA didn’t ask ANY questions and just said “it’s obvious he has X, the nurse just told me” literally wouldn’t answer any questions then told me to wait for paperwork. Didn’t show for 10 min so I just walked out THEN I had a $50 copay but their system was down. Bad process Bad/no doctors Unreliable payment system?

Visit experience was good but did upload the report for so long. And when I called to inquire after 40 hrs of test, I was told report is already uploaded, which is clearly false. After 5 mins of my call report is uploaded. Very un professional.

People who came in after me came out before me, I felt like they forgot about me. I have a 2 month old who isn’t feeling well crying so hard because it took so long nurse was sweet. Dr. Misty was in there for like 5 minutes for an hour and 30 min wait time. Do not recommend.
