Had a great experience as always when I took my daughter in, her rapid strep test was negative and a culture was sent in for further testing. I did not receive a notification from the clinic that the culture was positive, only when I called a day later to inquire about the results was a prescription prescribed. Please evaluate how and when you do check patient results especially when dealing with children. A positive strep result is critical and I should have been notifed immediately and an antibiotic prescribed ASAP!!

This place has been great when we needed to get our kiddo in when his pediatrician wasn’t open. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially Rachel! She is amazing and her bedside manner is wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and I love that she loved on my sweet baby. I love that you can check in and get an appointment time so you don’t have to wait around in the lobby as well. This will be our go-to place when our pediatricians aren’t available and we have an urgent problem.

I am a first time mom and was stressing out about my baby not feeling well and taking her to a doctor I did not know. The online process was quick and easy. When I got there check in was quick and easy. I instantly felt comfortable and relieved my baby would be cared for just by the approach from staff. When my baby was evaluated everything was explained and I felt good about the decision to take my baby there. They were gentle and kind..very calming and took time with my baby and me. I felt good about leaving to go home with at home care. The entire experience was just what a first time mom needed to feel supported in caring for baby when ill.

The Dr. Walked in and called my daughter the wrong name and asked about her symptoms and either the nurse put the information in wrong or she reviewed the wrong chart before coming in because she did not get anything correct. Then the Dr. Immediately wanted to test our 5 month old for COVID, Absolutely ridiculous!, My daughter has an ear infection that was diagnosed by her pediatrician NOT COVID! We did not feel our daughter was taken care of and would rather take our daughter to her pediatrician tomorrow to get her checked out since we were not given a good impression by the Dr. on staff.

I had an appointment for 5:40, but we didn’t see a doctor until 7:40. Waiting two hours to see a doctor about a simple ear infection is ridiculous. You should have another doctor on staff so that your patients don’t have to wait so long for a quick check up. We will be finding a new urgent care as soon as possible.

I have 5 grandchildren that we or their mother take to Children's PM when they can't get to the pediatrician. This is the only after hours clinic we use, and with 3 boys and 2 girls age 16 to 3 years old, they are all familiar with this clinic. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Every visit the staff have been friendly and professional. We owe a huge thanks to The Colony Children's PM Clinic as they recognized something very wrong with my granddaughter and actually had her transferred by ambulance to Children's Hospital. With the right apps you can make an appointment, get test results and doctor's notes. We love our Children's PM in The Colony.

I had to wait along time. When other patients would come in and go immediately in. Receptionist said they had appts but at the beginning she had said they didn’t take appts on Sunday’s. Both my kids got tested for covid one rapid and the other one a PCR. I never got the results for the pcr. I called a week later and the receptionist said there was no record of my son being there at all. And said she would call me back. It’s been another week and still haven’t heard anything back.
