There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman). What a remarkable experience even though I was feeling my worst! MedExpress will be my to go medical facility whenever needed. Thank you Ladies for the superior care. VDW

I have had nothing but trouble trying to schedule an employment physical. I was told that they have a full waiting room when I observed that from outside it was not full. It took me 3 attempts to schedule an appointment. When I arrived at MecExpress Dover, DE the staff behaved in a very unprofessional manner and that my mere presence was an inconvenience to them. The tried to charge me for service payed by corporate. Then when they could not figure out how to remove the charge, I was told the computer system was down. They told me I had all month to have my physicial for employment completed and maybe I should just go to another MedExpress in a different state. Can you imagine? Outrageous!

We were there this morning for testing. The wait was a bit long BUT the service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and funny. The girl that did our test was awesome. Dr.Goodman has our results in no time. I would highly recommend this facility for any needs. Andrews

Overall I was satisfied with the treatment I was given but I have one main concern. I can't believe it's the end of July 2021 and they still make us sit in our car and do the initial interview on the phone before calling on the phone over an hour later telling me I can come in to be seen. The waiting room has plenty of room for safe "social distancing" rather than make me sit in my car for over an hour with the engine running for needed air conditioning.

Front receptionists are downright NASTY, IMPATIENT AND MEAN! Will never go back....steer clear of this place!

One of the nurses and one of the doctors of the doctors were walking around without masks on, when we have active COVID 19 in our state!!! Not wearing protective gloves, I am not so sure that this was the correct facility to go to for treatment! Floors were so filthy, they looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks!!! Definitely would not recommend this facility to anyone!!! It’s a shame as my Doctor was outstanding!!!

Nice and clean facility, courteous and friendly reception staff, minimal wait time (visit time was about 8:30AM, Jun 23), and a doctor whose manner inspired confidence in his approach to medical care.
