is this called med express as urgent care facility i believe the waiting time should be kinda shortly than a regular hospital i was there for almost 3 hrs right when i went outside to my car be cause my baby couldn't stand to long any more they called my name asked the receptionist she said have a seat they will come and get you soon another 30 min went by and definitely no one called my name decided to walk out i couldn't be waiting for that long unbelievable I'll suggest go another location or somewhere else

I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

I called tonight at 7:30 to see with the availability was to get an appointment and was told by the receptionist that as long as the patient was there before 8 o’clock they would be seen. I sent my 20-year-old son in and he registered and was waiting in his car to get called in when they called him in he was then told it was a minute past when he could be seen and was turned away. This is unacceptable. Being in health care of myself I will never recommend this facility to anyone.

Extremely long wait time. They don’t tell you it’s going to be a 3 or more hour wait. There’s probably cars out here with skeletons in them. Won’t be coming back here again!

Was there for sore throat/flu. Had QuickStrep test. Positive! No flu! Had upper respirator virus. Rec'd excellent care.
