Had to get a Covid test as requested by my doctor! They were very professional and wait time was minimal!

Went in for dizziness and ear stuffiness. They focused on my heart condition even though I told them I am continuously monitored through my home monitor and ICD and my regular Electro physiologist. They insisted on taking an EKG which I told them it would show to be abnormal as always. They come back and say I have go to emergency room they also called 911 against my advice while I called my heart Dr. And send him a copy of the EKG he advised me that it is the same as always and no need to go to emergency room. First my Drs assistant grid to talk to the PA and explain my condition the PA got very annoyed and started to argue with the Drs assistant and then threw my phone on the desk at me. My Dr got on the phone to talk to your Dr on duty and he showed no interest in what my heart specialist Dr was explaining. Then he threw my phone again on the counter towards. This was very unprofessional of your Dr. Then he says if you have a heart Dr why did you come to me?. My wife then said to him we came here for my nausea and dizziness and stuffy ears. Not to check my heart and then ignore my Heart specialists recommendation that the EKG is abnormal and the same as in the past EKGs and does not warrant hospital visit. As far as I am concerned both the PA and the Dr were totally out of line and showed no respect for any information we were trying to give them. I would never ever reeccomend that office to anyone needing medical. My previous experience a few weeks before was not so good either for a cyst on my ankle. The Dr sent me for a sonogram and said he would call me with results and recommendations. Which he never called me and I had to get test results from Regional myself and then find another Dr to look at it. And I did. So far that office has 2 strikes against them in my opinion I will not return there. They treat patients like a number and not a person needing help and are only interest in covering themselves by calling an ambulance against my will. Goodbye!!!

From the front desk to PA Ilana Vosk, ending with Dr. Hicham Alnachawati, my visits to Prohealth were amazing. I had a horrible cut and I was told I might have to go to the hospital PA Vosk Said she had to speak to the doctor on call which was Dr. Alnachawati. The doctor came in and stole my card and said yes we can do this step-by-step explained how to do it. Six weeks later my wound is almost healed I still have a lot to go but I want to think these two very much and all the staff at Pro-Health they are extremely professional and there’s no wait time I really appreciate the care I was given and I wish them all well in the future.

Worst experience I have ever had at a urgent care. The staff was rude and unprofessional. I came in with a broken hand and all I received was a X -ray. I did not receive a post op after care of any sort. Which is usually required for any Urgent care and I know this because I used to be a medical assistant. I called the next day for paperwork so I could bring it to my orthopedic doctor and it’s funny how they sent through my email all these pages of my visit but nothing that the MA typed in happened. No one took my vitals or did a physical exam of any sort yet you filled out my blood pressure, my heart rate, oxygen saturation levels, my temperature..the list goes on. So ultimately the MA lied and put in false information to save her own ass because she knows she messed up. This place was a joke and I would never recommend anyone to ever ever go to this facility.
