Thank you to the staff Poison sumac is brutal and the new medicine is amazing. Within one day the itching had reduced to tolerable and I was feeling better!!!!!!!!!!

Citra was so helpful and went above and beyond. I have been here before and always felt cared for and listened to.

My daughter is currently in between pediatricians and needed a physical before school started. We’d never been to Citra but it was highly recommended by friends of ours. I was pleasantly surprised by the streamlined, efficient process and incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. The cleanliness of the waiting room, as well as, the back area and rooms was so refreshing.  Every member of the staff went above and beyond with kindness and such welcoming conversation. My daughter was nervous as she has never had a physical before, and she left Citra smiling and happy stating, “That was sooo easy!” We will definitely be back and will recommend Citra to our friends! Thank you so much!

Very pleased with the PA that I saw. Caring, concerned, informative.  However the check-in personand the assistant left a lot to be desired. The girl at checkin acted as if I was an inconvenience.  Not helpful and could have cared less not to mention incompetent.  She was really not interested in helping me. Had an attitude.   Additionally I find it hard to believe that you put in a new system and patient information was not transferred even though I had been there several times this year already. Incredibly Unproductive for the office and frustrating for the patient.   I almost left. If this has been the first time I had been there, I probably would have walked out assuming that the entire visit would be this way. Again very disappointing.

Was having back pain and they were able to book my appointment online so there was like a two minute wait when I arrived.  Cece was very nice and the visit was very quick.  I was prescribed something for muscle spasms and the pain has resided

Receptionist was extremely Rude.. speaking to me in a dismissive tone. I suspect this might have been because I am an Indian..!! So Disappointed with the service..!! Also I was overcharged This time ..!

Easy scheduling online. Great in/out with friendly competent staff!

Took my daughter in for her school physical for volleyball. We were met with the very nice office staff. We messed up filling out the paperwork and had to ask for another copy. The staff was very nice stating mistakes happen. My daughter was weighed, eye examine given, blood pressure taken, temperature take by the very nice lady. Then Steve came in and did all his checks and balances to give my daughter a clean bill of health to attend athletics for this next school season. We’ve had Steve give our daughter a physical before as well as examine and X-ray her arm when she was injured during volleyball. Steve also stitched up my husband’s ankle when we had an injury resulting in a fairly deep cut! We love Steve! He asks lots of questions showing his interest in his patients. We will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!

My experience at Citra Urgent Care Center was disappointing and costly. Despite seeking treatment, the care provided was inadequate resulting in unresolved health concerns. Moreover, the fees charged for the services rendered were unjustifiably high given the ineffective outcome. Personally it would have been more effective to explore alternative healthcare options that prioritize accurate diagnosis and effective treatment.
