Great facility and service. Was seen quickly and they sent off medications to the pharmacy before I left.

Yesterday afternoon I had an injury to my eye and was able to schedule an appointment right away and get seen immediately. The staff were nice and helpful. Dr. Godwin was very informative and helped me not feel stressed about my corneal abrasion. I highly recommend this urgent care. This is not my first time and not my last.

Staff was friendly.  The provider was nice she answer my questions.

While I left feeling confident in the doctor’s diagnosis and prescription, I wish they would have advised a 24 hour pharmacy nearby. The one I chose was not 24 hours, the phone number listed on the website doesn’t connect you so I had to drive back to get prescription changed. There should be a direct number.

10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

Lainey, NP was so kind, caring, and professional. She took the time to sit and listen to my concerns and address each one  with patience. The front desk staff was very friendly. The nurse was very nice as well! Highly recommended!

Wish I could give a good review because the staff were is very nice and the facility is very clean. However, not happy with the outcome of an arm I jury my 2 year old had. We were pretty convinced it was broken. They do X-rays and come back that it was not broken but possibly dislocated. I did not see the images until after the visit when they allowed us to go take pictures with our phones. So the NP came in and tried to realign the joint twice. This was very painful for my toddler. She said she recommends we go to the ER since she was unable to relocate it and they have better experience with this sort of thing. We go to the ER to find it is broken. I was most upset because once I saw the images they took here at the Urgent care I saw the fracture myself. I am a healthcare provider semi training in imaging and someone who is more trained should not have missed the fracture. So this visit was pointless and painful for my toddler as they tried to relocate the joint of a fractured elbow.

I took my daughters in to get sports physicals and everyone we encountered were exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional. It was so easy to schedule the appointments and check-in online. Staff at the front desk were very helpful with the forms I needed, and the NP patient and thorough. Great experience all around!
