My eye was irritated and felt like there was something in my eye. I was able to see the PA very quickly and she was terrific. Swabbed my eye to clean out anything that might be there although she said she didn’t see anything. Put some drops in my eye and  gave me a prescription for inflammation. Feels better. In and out quickly but didn’t feel rushed.

From front desk check-in to appointment time; all ran smoothly.  Very efficient and effective.  Medical professional who saw me during my visit listened to me, took time to review my chart and was very knowledgeable and friendly.  Great bedside manner!  I totally recommend this location of City Doc.

Visited the clinic with severe lower back pain. Staff was very friendly. Was called back within 2 minutes of my arrival and I was seen within 5 minutes. I left the clinic 30 minutes after I arrived and was on my way. Will return the next time I need healthcare.

Prescriptions were not sent to pharmacy as promised. I had to make a second trip to pickup - something a sick person really does not want to do.  I got a callback on my CHEST c-ray. I wad told “it did not show any fractures or breaks”. OBVIOUSLY not the results of my CHEST xray.  When calling in to resolve the above issues I had to call more than once as was disconnected.

The staff was friendly and I received the care I needed. It was easy and carefree to be seen. The provider and nurse were very nice. The check-in staff made it fast and easy. I would recommend this provider.

Friendly staff, however the PA on shift Eric did not do physical exam on me at all, or get a thorough history. Spent about 5 minutes in my room and never sent my prescription to pharmacy.

Woke up Sunday morning with something moving in my ear, so knew it had to be an insect.  I rushed to City Doc Urgent Care, signed in and only waited a very short time. Doctor came in and verified I had a bug in my ear and promptly sent the nurse in to remove it.  The entire staff was great and followed up with a call the next day to check on me.  It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend this provider!

The PA was great and I would be happy to see her in the future. She talked through the potential reasons for my sickness and recommended a plan accordingly. She made sure I was on board with the treatment plan.
