While they get high praise for the easiness to get an appointment, all digital forms and payment, location etc.  The bedside manner was terrible. Not only the staff from front desk to providers weren't friendly or warm, the main provider (not sure if it was a NP, PA or MD) spent less than 45 seconds with me. I didn't even get his name or what he did.  This leaves lots of room for a mis-diagnosis. I"ll probably seek another clinic next time, though I've been coming here for years. The service has just got really low quality and the staff don't look happy to be working there.

Missed my appointment because I was so sick I couldn’t wake up. Went to the office an hour plus past my appt time and I was seen pretty quickly. Entire staff were so kind. This office came highly recommended by a good friend downtown. My PCP is in FloMo and not open weekends. Will recommend and return (hope no time soon) to this location. Thank you all for being so kind.

I received great care from the PA. She took into consideration my concerns and current medical condition when caring for me. I would highly recommend this provider.

Got into ally fast and filling out forms was easy. Nurse and nurse practitioner was AWESOME!

Have had a cough for four days.  Cough caused pain in my chest.   Called City Doc and went there did thing the s morning; was seen almost immediately.   Covid and flu tests - both negative. Nurse did EKG; said it was abnormal.  In excess of caution (especially in light of my age), nurse had EMS take me to hospital ER for full work up. City Doc is an excellent provider.

Excellent , efficient, experience…receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner were each very professional !…. It is always a pleasant experience to go to this practice .

I arrived around 6:30pm and was advised of my wait time and the chance of not being seen that evening. I appreciated that they were upfront with that possibility and rolled the dice. The entire staff was kind, efficient and professional.

Woke up with severe congestion and light headed.  Quick check in, friendly staff. Steroid shot really helped me a lot. Feeling much better, I can breathe now. Uptown CityDoc is my favorite location.

I can’t remember my doctor’s name but she was super helpful. They got me in and out and on the road to feeling better very quickly.
